人員上手快，大大提高生產(chǎn)效率，僅需一人操 作，變頻調(diào)速該產(chǎn)線實現(xiàn)平面口罩的全自動化生產(chǎn)，主要包含卷材上料、折疊壓合、鼻梁筋上料、口罩成型、口罩切斷、耳帶上料及焊接、成品下料等工藝，完成從卷料原材料到口罩成品的整個生產(chǎn)過程。生產(chǎn)的口罩具有佩戴舒適，無壓迫感，口罩過濾 效果好，契合人的臉型，可適用于醫(yī)療、電子、礦業(yè)、建筑等行業(yè)。
